Proverbs 17:22 TPT
[22] A joyful, cheerful heart brings healing to both body and soul. But the one whose heart is crushed struggles with sickness and depression.
One of my favorite expressions of the Spirit has to be “joy in the Holy Ghost”
It is like an overwhelming presence of God, causing you to rejoice. You can just find yourself happy and excited without really being able to explain why.
Joy makes you glow, it also makes you strong!
The joy of the Lord is such a beautiful thing to have and it is something you should be particular about experiencing.
Depression is an absence of joy and it doesn't just happen in one day.
There are songs that lack joy, conversations devoid of joy, relationships positioned to steal your joy.
It is your responsibility to guard your joy and there are three ways you can guard your joy;
Stay in His Presence - Make God's presence your priority and see how much joy your soul will experience.
Have a praise music playlist - Songs that get you rejoicing, dancing and praising are very good for your joy bank in your soul.
Avoid complaining - There will always be things to complain about, but complaining and joy cannot be in the same heart.
Joy is like medicine.
That means joy can heal diseases as long as it is the joy of the Holy Ghost.
Over that situation and sickness, leap and rejoice!!!!!
Joy is powerful.
I am cheering you on.
Love always 🤍
